Leaving so soon?

During the course of building this Website, I ran into numerous challenges regarding HTML 3.0, CSS Level 1, PHP, and JavaScript. My goal was to build a Website entirely in HTML 3.0 that would be viewable with any reasonably competent browser. I decided to target Microsoft Internet Explorer 3 for backward compatibility, which presented its own unique set of challenges. Most of the following links are resources that I found along my journey. While I ultimately chose not to use any CSS in my Website, the CSS resources were instrumental in helping me reach that decision. The W3C validation services are also invaluable tools when you are coding any Website, whether you're coding for a mid-90s Web browser or something considerably more modern.
